• Effective 4/23/19, the Correctional Facility will no longer be accepting photographs by mail. All photo's must be sent in digitally through GettingOut.com or TextBehind.com.

PHOTO REVIEW GUIDELINES

Photo review will be conducted in accordance with the following guidelines. Photos that do not adhere to these guidelines will be denied by the reviewer and not transmitted to the Incarcerated Person.

Not Allowed

• Displays of nudity or lewd behavior 

• Individuals appearing in a photo must be dressed, covering their top and bottom, regardless of age and gender

• Sexual content, poses, or gestures
• Text, words, or drawings
• Acts or depictions of violence 
• Drugs, alcohol, narcotics, or related paraphernalia
• Driver’s license, passport, or other personal identification
• Gang signs, signals, or hand gestures of any kind
• Filtered, collage, or third-party pictures
• Snapshots/screenshots
• Photos of offenders
• Weapons 
• Currency

The above guidelines are subject to change at any time without notice. All photos must be approved before photos are delivered. There are no refunds for photos that are rejected by the facility.
